They share a combined 50 years of experience in the aviation industry and have experience within every part of the industry; except crop dusting... However, Sean claims to have flown a crop duster once.

- Flew for two airlines and four charter operations.
- US Air Force veteran.
- Over 10,000 hours of flight experience.
- Responsible for managing and flying dozens of business jets.
- Airline Transport Pilot w/ multiple types. Experience in CRJ-200/Lear 31a/35/Premier 1a/Citation Excel/Beechjet, Turboprops and many light single and multi-engine aircraft.
- Certificated Flight Instructor, Multi-Engine, Instrument (CFI-I, MEI)
- Aircraft Management Business Owner: Provides management & pilot services for multiple customers and aircraft under part 91 rules with an on-demand schedule. Operate as a SINGLE PILOT or as a crew Captain.

- Thousands of Hours of flight experience in turbine powered Challenger 604, Hawker 800, Lear 31a, Lear 35, Lear 40, Lear 45, Lear 60, Beech 200 King Air, Beech 99 Airliner and Beech 100
- Airline Transport Pilot, Airplane, Multiengine Land with CL-604, LR-Jet, LR-45 LR-60 & HS125 Type Ratings
- International Flight experience including Multiple North Atlantic Crossings, South America and Caribbean. Experience in the Pacific with numerous crossings to Hawaii
- Certified Flight Instructor, instrument (CFI-I) with over 800 hours of dual given in various aircraft
- Bachelor’s of Business Administration degree from the University of Cincinnati
- Associate of Applied Science Aviation Technology from the University of Cincinnati
